The Human Resources world is changing rapidly. This Council helps it’s Members keep up with those changes.
In-person Meetings
In-person meetings are really the best option for exhanges of information and networking.
Virtual Meetings
But virtual meetings are offered when geographical dispersion of members requires it.
A Select Group
Members become part of a select Group of 6-10 executives who have similar responsibities at similar sized companies who agree in advance to share their experiences, knowledge and wisdom. They share their knowledge in exchange for the knowledge of the others in the group.
HR Is Tough!
It’s hard to keep up with emerging issues and the latest tactics for mamaging a good organization. Very hard. Members help each other do just that.
